The Q & Brew at Silver Spur Resort

Absolutely scrumptious! Amazing food, super friendly staff, and we got our food very quick! We started with their three tacos. Omg!! All were yummy, but the Blacksmith taco was to die for! Then my hubby and I split the Q salad. Amazing Homemade ranch dressing and lots of fresh cut veggies. Then we ordered the Canton sandwich. Perfect portion and the brisket was so moist! For sides, we ordered the fries, seasonal veggies and Mac & cheese. I’m a Mac & Cheese snob and this was amazing Mac!! We finished the meal with a Nutter Butter Banana Pudding. Fabulous! Can’t wait to bring the whole family here soon!

I recently stopped by Q & Brew Smokehouse & Brewery at the Silver Spur Resort in Canton, and wow—what an experience! This place blends down-home BBQ flavors with creative charm and hometown hospitality. The atmosphere feels warm and relaxed, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more attentive.

This was a nice surprise. Just off 20 in Canton, TX, this BBQ and Brewery was amazing. The food was great I had the QUESABiRRiA tacos which were really good, the consommé could have used little more seasoning but overall really good. I did not take a pic of the Bandit burger but my son rated it a 10 out of 10. They brew their own beer, I recommend trying because we enjoyed ours.

They have a wedding venue on the property and also an RV camping site which look so nice!!

Looked all over First Monday for you and there wasn't a single stand

Very good food, got two meals and 2 appetizers for $46 after everything and had leftovers for the next day

I got the loaded baked potato with sliced brisket (double portion). And it was EXCELLENT! I have no pic since I devoured it all. The brisket was delicious too. A good cut of meat. Highly recommend.

Everything from the food to the service to the atmosphere was great! We sat on the patio and the service was just as great as it was inside. We will be back!

We went there today for the first time today. The service was amazing I never had to wait around for my waitress. The food was hot and delicious. Good flavor I order the beer burger and the lumber jack melt I believe thats what its called. My husband left without his glasses and they had them up there waiting for us weird thing for me to say but we've lost glasses at restaurants I never understood why. It safe to say that we will be patronizing this establishment again.

The food here is pretty freaking good! The brews they have on tap are amazing as well and the staff here was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stop by here again next time I am in the area.

Wow! The pulled pork was amazing on the baked potato.

I noticed the people that gave bad reviews was 4 years ago.. I would encourage you to go back again to reevaluate.. they don't deserve the negative reviews.. really good service, food and beer

I'll start with the good...

Some of the dishes were good. We enjoyed our fried pickles. The beans were good. Mashed potatoes were pretty tasty. Both the stuffers (stuffed jalapenos) and the smoked sausage were good. That's about it.

The mac and cheese was mediocre. Fried okra was soft. And then what you go to a BBQ place for - the meats. None of them were anything to write home about. Everything was dry. Everything. You had to put BBQ sauce on everything to make it edible. I can't think of the last time I didn't finish my brisket, but last night I didn't. And I wasn't the only one at the table who thought this. It was consistent for our party of 8.

Too many good and even great BBQ places to eat at to settle for this.
