I noticed the people that gave bad reviews was 4 years ago.. I would encourage you to go back again to reevaluate.. they don't deserve the negative reviews.. really good service, food and beer

The food is delicious. The staff is attentive and delightful. Q & Brew has quickly become our go to date spot.

This is probably my 3rd or 4th review here but man, lemme just tell you… EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. we come here, the food is phenomenal. The atmosphere is great. Service is spectacular! I came here today to rave about the Brisket Deviled Eggs. 😋 Yummy! They’re a deviled egg, deep fried with a layer of stuffing inside and then on top, it has a layer of stuffing, a layer of brisket and then cowboy candy on top then you can drizzle some BBQ on top. Make you wanna slap ya, well you know who! ❤️❤️❤️

Great BBQ! Friendly staff, clean atmosphere, lovely patio. All around a nice spot for lunch or dinner!!

We got a full rack of ribs that were absolutely delicious, the most perfect loaded baked potato, and a side of fried okra. We spent about $47 plus tip, and it was worth every penny!!! Treat yourself, and stop by the newly remodeled Q&Brew. Your taste buds will thank you.

We stayed at the silver spur KOA RV Park on the property. This place was the best part of the stay. We ate there a few times and stopped in for a drink a few times. Best food we ate in Canton. Great food, great service and great atmosphere. We would definitely come back.

My wife and I stoped in for lunch and we are glad we did. We shared the corn in a cup and the three meat plate and both had their Millions of Peaches beer. The corn in a cup with the brisket on top was great! My wife didn’t want to share, lol. For the meat we had the brisket, ribs and their hatch chili stuffed sausage. The brisket was a little dry but still had a good pepper flavor, the ribs were cooked perfectly for my taste, not too tender but came off the bone nicely while eating. NOW LETS TALK ABOUT THAT SAUSAGE…. Holy cow that stuff is delicious (we ordered four to take home). Probably one of, if not the, best sausage I’ve ever had and my wife agreed 100%. Jack, the owner, stopped and spoke with us for a few and we spoke mainly about their brewery. He let me sample several and all were great, especially the Hefeweizen. Great little spot.

You don’t find many places that have it all! I’ve been to this place several times. The food is amazing and the service is incredible every single time! Severs, cook, and Mangers are top of any I’ve experienced.

Wow, this place has improved a lot since we were here a couple of years ago. The service and food are spot-on. My husband had steak, I had chopped BBQ and habanero sausage sandwich with parmesan fries. Hubby really enjoyed his steak, and my sandwich and fries were excellent. Good-sized portions of everything. For a Tuesday night, the place was almost full. So obviously other people are loving it as well. We'll be back soon!

Q & Brew at the Silver Spur Resort at 13785 TX-19, Canton, TX 75103 was a great experience, we are locals who love to eat out! We had the Cowboy Stuffers - stuffed jalapeños with cream cheese & brisket wrapped in smoked bacon. Coated with a smoked glaze that made me a my wife nearly cry lol the 3rd pic reflects how good they were we forgot to take a pic before eating all of them, they were fantastic, we will be going back for this item for sure. We both had the sliced brisket sandwich I had baked beans and my wife had the fries it was good. BBQ sauce was good and the brisket was very tender. A bit to much fat for my wife but I thought it was fine. Service was spectacular and price was fair. We will be going back to try more of the tasty items they offer.

The food was amazing. We drove almost 3 hours to meet there for a birthday for our grandson and I would make that drive again just for the food and service. Our waitress went above and beyond and was amazing. I didn’t get to get her name. She was younger with short, curly red hair!!!
