I’ll be back to this franchise for sure.

“Excellent service by Gaby!! We ate fried dumplings, hot & sour soup, and #32 fried Udon. everything was delicious, BUT the Udon just had 2 shrimps and 2 pieces of squid, it supposed to have more variety and amount of sea food.“

“On the East Side they are amazing! The west side is horrible. For 3 days this week I ordered and paid 12 plus dollars for a Green Juice drink. I ordered ahead but every time I went to pick it up, I did not feel welcome. Each time they could not find my order. No to mention made me prove I placed an order. The most disappointing thing was, not one time was there an apology or anything for wasting my time.“

“Cute little place of El Paso 😍 with vegan offerings and variety of drinks. I took a break from partying in lost and found , had matcha, enjoyed vanilla ice cream. I also love how they designed the place! My only “complaint” is that ice cream was way too sweet for my liking, and by the way they make ice cream themselves :-) thank you for creating this place for the community and people!“

“SO YUMMY! I have an obsession with açaí bowls and this one does not disappoint. The fruit is always fresh and the bowls/smoothies are just delicious.The staff are also super friendly and I always have an enjoyable experience when I go. The drive-thru option is also appreciated and their loyalty program is free!“

“I really enjoy Tippi Teas, but I've noticed that when I order through DoorDash, my orders seem to be significantly smaller. I've included pictures of bowls I've ordered from home, which are only half full, while those I buy in-store are completely full. This makes me question whether the quality is prioritized only for in-store customers. My money should be valued equally, regardless of how I place my order.“

“Stopped by today around 4 and was greeted by Kaila, she was kind and helpful. We had lots of questions about the new drinks they have and she answered all of them with patience despite the intense heat. Overall a great experience today, i feel like the last few months of me coming to this location i’ve experienced not the best customer experience but today was a huge turnaround. I hope to see her more at this location“
