Normally food is good, today got Piccadillo and was saturated in grease. You could squeeze the grease out of the tortilla. Paper bag was totally saturated with grease.

The smoked sausage and egg was decent the sausage was actually had an nice smokey flavor that stays with you for a couple seconds but the eggs were blah so the sausage carried the taco but I cant get passed the eggs and its a breakfast taco ... the bacon and egg , the bacon seemed to be too salted for my tasted and the eggs were blah ... potato and egg the potatoes were above average but again I cant get passed the eggs ... great environment and decent staff

Ordered 9 tacos yesterday and every one of them was extremely salty. Very disappointing. Plus they were extremely small.

The breakfast tacos at Mimas Tacos to go are delicious. You can pretty much create your own with a wide variety of meats (the chorizo sausage is delicious), eggs, cheese, veggies, etc. plus a small salsa bar to add any zing you might want. If breakfast is this good I’m sure lunch and dinner versions are great too! Great food, fast and friendly service.

We are visiting Canyon Lake this weekend and were referred here by a local. He recommended the carne guisada with cheese and bean taco. We ordered other taco items as well. We absolutely loved our experience here. Madison and Laney were very patient with us as we couldn’t make up our minds. Romero was phenomenal at cooking and Ty did a great job at putting it together! I would have loved to make this a phone call but this review will work! Definitely recommend and we will be back!

This is the second time I’ve been put on hold and left on hold and forgotten about this time. I drove all the way here and showed them that I was still on hold when there was nobody in line never be back again and that sad because I am a local, I’ll be sure to let everyone know what kind of service they have here
