I’ve been disappointed since moving to Texas in the BBQ overall but this place 100% was the best BBQ I’ve ever had. We got Ribs, sausage and brisket. They ran out of a full order of ribs so the chef gave us extra brisket and sausage with a free side of the slaw. Everything was fantastic and the owners were extremely nice. For 44$ they could easily charge more for the quality. Recommend
Just ordered again from “Nik’s not normal”. Unreal deliciousness. Second time ordering from Nik’s, got the brisket tacos. Wish I had the words to describe how good this stuff was, but I’m dumb and have poor English and vocabulary skills so you’ll have to try for yourself.
Quite possibly the best BBQ, sides, and service that I've ever experienced at a BBQ joint! The brisket was amazing and the tacos were even better. If you're in or around Canyon Lake, you owe it to yourself to stop by (and pick up extra for leftovers), you won't regret it)!
