Amazing food with great customer service! Salsa and chips were fresh and delicious, tortillas were soft and perfectly warm. The Cantaloupe water was so refreshing. Breakfast was perfect, can't wait to try lunch and dinner items!

La Pasadita Cocina Mexicana LLC is a very cute little restaurant in Canyon Lake, located in the same strip as Sweeties in Hancock. This place is a little gem. The food is EXCELLENT, delicious, and made to perfection. Service is awesome with really nice ladies in front. Right now it is BYOB, which is absolutely great. From the very first bite, customers were ecstatic. Perfect fajitas are seasoned perfectly, not over-salted. The mixed fajitas include chicken, beef, sausage, and shrimp, and there is plenty of food. Specific meals mentioned include mixed beef and chicken fajitas, chicken enchiladas, Enchiladas Verdes, flan for dessert, tacos (bean and cheese, chicharrón with green salsa and red salsa), a Chorizo potato and egg burrito, a machacado and egg plate, chilaquiles, a gordita, and an enchilada a la carte. Even the chips and salsa taste so fresh, you could taste the corn. This is the best Mexican food in San Antonio, just so authentic, and will be a new go-to spot.
