I've had a cold, stoped by to see what they had, Sandra made me tea. It helped me so much I went by the next day bought 2 one for now 2nd for later that night. If your getting a cold or just need a pick me up, this tea is the best thing to take. It opens you up and makes you feel so much better 10 🌟.

I have been going to the nutrition shack for a while now. I'm a repeat customer and have even joined in on a work out session ( OMG I was so proud of myself by the end! Those women are B.A.Bs for sure! But the shakes? oh EM GEE amazing! Right now iv been on their girl scout cookies thin mints while it's in season! Think thin mints in milkshake form....So yummy! I also paired it with a razzberry energy shot! It not only gives me the boost I need but it has ingredients that are great for my immune system. They have so many flavors and different types of boosters! Check them out! If you're disappointed (which you won't be) I will personally get you a different one to try. They put a lot of love for people and their community! They make sure you leave with a smile and also warmth in your heart ?

I recommend ANYTHING here. So far ( I’ve gone everyday for weeks. Most days I’ve tried something new). I feel better, have more energy, better digestion, eating less for sure, loosing inches… I stopped weighing after the first week because I no longer care about the number on the scale, because I feel it in my clothes!
