Joe Taco Canyon has amazing food and good service. The atmosphere is clean and friendly. The soft taco is really good. Beef skinny tacos were tasty and seasoned well. Birria tacos were delicious and perfectly cooked. Mexican stir fry and chicken enchiladas are huge portions. The chips and salsa are light and crisp without being thick or greasy. The bar has cold beers. Service is attentive, fast and friendly. The layout is nice with indoor and outdoor seating and a pet friendly area outside. The charge is 50cents per extra tortillas. Joe Taco Canyon gets a 9.5/10 and a 10/10.
