Food is not freshly made. Burger has to be at least an hour old.
Used the mobile app thinking that would make things a tad quicker. Arrived at 6:52, didn’t get my food until 7:28, after it was handed to the wrong car and then handed to me. The gentleman was extremely frustrated but apologized and hurried back in. I can only imagine how short-staffed they are because the line was to the road and barely moving along. When I went to the Canyon Mickey D's I ordered 2 crispy BLT sandwiches, add cheese and fries. I repeated the order three times and paid at window #1. Picked up the bag of food at window #2. Got home and found two crispy chicken sandwiches, neither with cheese, the only thing they had on them were pickles. McDonald's is a fast-food restaurant, good for a long trip. The service is amazing, with a team that is fast and extremely friendly. Staff members like Aubrey are smiley and helpful, and the staff seemed happy, creating a lovely atmosphere. The team goes the extra mile to provide great service, with employees making sure customers are okay. However, the location can get really warm inside when the a/c is not working.
