I was just in the Whataburger in Crockett Texas.
The food was great, the place was spotless and Tamika offered better customer service than most full service restaurants.

First time visiting the whataburger in Canyon. Absolutely wonderful and patient people! Pan was training a new hire, was encouraging her, and was helping us all at the same time! The wait for our food took less than 10 minutes… there was a total of 9 of us. The best whataburger around this area for sure! Pan was fantastic!!!

Whataburger offers really good food and amazing shakes. While some find the lobby small, the staff are described as very friendly and polite. However, there are concerns about the restaurant being understaffed and orders not being prepared correctly, with one reviewer mentioning cold fries, a fish sandwich with incorrect toppings, and a grilled chicken salad missing chicken. The kiosk ordering system may also be contributing to these issues, with the restaurant performing better during the middle of the night.
