Ordered a cake two/three weeks ago. One week before I needed it I wanted a flavor change. No problem. The Neapolitan cake flavor was DELICIOUS!!! The chocolate frosting was very tasty, just sweet enough and very light. The cake was light and fluffy. I didn’t purchase anything from their pasty case, but it all looked delicious and my next trip to Canyon I will definitely be purchasing some sweet treats.
Parking: Park on the street, or just across the street at the square. Easy in easy out.

They made my daughter’s sweet 16 cake and cupcakes! The theme was sunflower, and they did so good!! Cake and cupcakes were delicious and perfect! Price was very reasonable too.

The Cake Company of Canyon has made several cakes for us over the years and they have always been excellent. I had them make a cake and cookies for my mother's birthday this year. I showed them a graphic I wanted to use to match the invitations. They nailed it. The cake was delicious and we had several people compliment it and ask where we got it. Mandy was excellent to work with. I had to make a few changes between ordering and picking up and she handled everything very smoothly.We also had cookies made which were also excellent. I told her the theme I wanted and left it up to them how to make them. They were delicious and in pristine shape. Unfortunately, I didn't get a picture until after they had been battered around a bit. But they were much, much better than the picture.I would recommend this bakery to anyone, any time, without hesitation.
