King and I is one of my go-to places for lunch and dinner in Canyon. And how odd that a town of 15,000 has four Asian eateries! I am calling that a blessing in disguise, because I just love Asian food.This one is a true Mom and Pop operation, and sometimes with the help of a young woman to run table service. Our family loves Thai food. We didnt see this restaurant listed on google when I searched for Thai food. We went to another restaurant listed and left because the business hours listed online were wrong but luckily a very kind woman waiting on a take out order at that restaurant suggested we go to The King and I because they are open a bit later.
