“Good burger, good appetizers, good sides. Unfortunately, their steaks are a huge disappointment. We ordered the Ribeye which is around $35. Ordered it med rare, came out overcooked. Sent it back. New steak came back very rare. Sent it back. Cooked closer to med rare this time but they had to slice it. Very unpleasant experience eating their steak. Not tender whatsoever. Difficult to chew. Fat wasn't rendered so impossible to chew. A melt-in-your-mouth steak such as a Ribeye was not done justice. My wife and I did not even finish eating it. Thankfully, the kind waitress provided a discount off our total bill.
We recommend everything else but their steak. A steakhouse should be known for their steak, but, sadly, I highly recommend avoiding them. 5D's steaks used to be so good but the quality has gone down and the chef that day could not cook a steak properly. On a different visit, I ordered a burger with a side of sweet potato fries and man they really were generous with the fries! Would go back for other items besides steak.“
