ordered a pizza and they COMPLETELY forgot about it AND MADE me wait an extra 20 mins so already been a hour waiting for my food terrible service and they only had 2 tables not even busy just poor management

This place is absolutely magnificent! Definitely a place to visit through your way around Carrollton. I drove all the way from Fort Worth to try it and I will definitely be doing so more often. Service was amazing! We loved our serer Carolyn!

The woman serving us was the sweetest ever!! My mom and I got the bruschetta, manicotti, and tiramisu and none of it disappointed. We will definitely be back and will recommend this to our friends and family <3

Ordered delivery through their site and was quoted 20-40 mins. After not hearing anything for an hour I tried to call but their number goes straight to voicemail. Left a message and after an hour and a half I decided to drive down there. I got a call just as I was pulling up to the store….1 hour and 40 mins after I ordered…that the driver was at my door. Such poor communication and the food was mediocre. I’ve had better pizza and mozzarella sticks at a movie tavern.

I have significant, strict dietary restrictions, so I wasn’t able to try any of the amazing options myself-but I had a wonderful conversation with the owner that brightened my day and featured a lot of great wisdom and insight. Very friendly atmosphere and very clean restaurant.

I just left the restaurant. I originally walked to the bar and couldn’t sit there because there was a couple in the waist standing up because it is a small bar, but that’s OK. The owner (I’m assuming) was talking to the couple there. I was less than a foot away from him. I waited maybe three minutes. He didn’t even acknowledge me until I asked him if I could have a menu. He then said oh sorry. I’m looking at the menu ready to order. He’s goes back to talking to these people again less that a fort away from me. There’s a gentleman at the register and I said can I order something to go and he’s like one second, still nothing so I put the menu on the side of the owner on the counter of the bar and just left, still no acknowledgment that I was there. It’s a very small establishment, looks very nice. I didn’t want have a Smashburger because of the Tex festival, I wanted something different. Based off of my interaction or interaction rather, I won’t be coming back because if that’s how people are being treated, I don’t want to support an establishment like that. Mind you, there was maybe eight people in the restaurant plus a couple outside. No reason to not be aware of other customers.

Pizza was very good and the service awesome.
The portion size is small. They also charge 4% extra without informing you if you pay with credit card. Parking is not enough as it is in downtown.
