The flavor in the ropa vieja was delicious. The sandwiches are served in generous portion. The mojotos are freshly made. The place is small but cozy. The desserts are very good too. It's probably the best Cuban Food in the Dallas area.

I’ve been coming to Caribbean Cuba for last year or so. The service is awesome! Fresh drinks every time I order one, delicious food that is made quite well!The service is excellent and very nice ladies too! It’s great vibe and I enjoy coming here. Real authentic Cuban/Caribbean food!

The food is delicious! I ordered the vaca frita (chicken instead of beef) and it was so well seasoned and everything was made fresh. Also ordered the cafe con leche and I don’t ever want Starbucks again! It was so creamy and sweet. I will definitely go back.

The food is very delicious, and the service is ALWAYS DONE BY THE WAITRESS, some are very cordial and understand that a little more space is needed when you have babies in the car, others not so much, I consider that there are more cordial ways to inform if you cannot Provide a table with more space for 4 people and 1 car, the service is very good, although there are always exceptions.
