Chicha San Chen has a clean and esthetically pleasing interior with plenty of seating. The Osmanthus oolong tea with mango, Ding Dong Oolong Tea with Cream and Pearls, and seasonal pineapple cream tart are tasty options. The cute string handle on cups makes it easy to carry around.
