Soooo we had a great time on the dance floor but when it was time to get a room the staff was very disorganized, and all over the place… we not saying we will not return but we coming back on a slower day to give them another chance….. they need to train there staff with better customer service more so the one lady we didn’t get her name….. the guys were very nice and helpful…. PRIVATE KARAOKE ROOMS/BAR AND NIGHTCLUB HYBRID: I’ve never come here to club or drink, but the karaoke rooms are where it is at. You can order alcoholic drinks and food to your rooms. They charge by the hour with certain rooms. If you have more than 7 people, they need a minimum of 1.5 hours for karaoke. This place gets pretty crowded on Fridays/Saturdays so I recommend calling 24 hours before to book rooms. Walk ins will be hard to accommodate during peak times.

My friends organized my bridal shower here and it was amazing! Check-in went smoothly, our room was a good size for 6 people and we got to decorate it. Staff was quick and attentive to needs and periodically stopped by the room to ask if things were okay. The sound system for karoke was good. I think my only small quip about it was you had to make sure to search your song with lyrics included, not just a video, or you wouldn't have the lyrics to sing along to. Other than...
