“This was my first time here and I am so impressed!!! I did burn my tongue on my coffee, but I’ll call that “user error” lol.
They roast everything fresh and I think they even do tours here!
I had a drip coffee which has free refills which is amazing! Ohhh and the monkey bread was delicious!
They have the cutest little work area in the back and you can work while watching the roasted so their thing!“

“I've been ordering whole bean (delivery) from White Rock for close to a year now. I grind my own beans at home for espresso, pour-over, drip, and the occasional overnight cold brew. Their beans always arrive promptly, recently roasted, and in good condition. Very tasty (northern italian espresso is my favorite) product and the staff answered questions I had when trying to settle on a selection. Highly recommend.“

“The quality of the single origin beans and the roast are top notch. The espresso blend is dialed in to perfection and the baristas know their craft well. the environment is not cramped and there is plenty of room and power to work if you want. John, the owner, seems to Excel at all aspects of what he's doing and I'm thrilled that I get to live close enough to be a customer.“

“Edison coffee has the best selection and consistently delicious coffees. I also really enjoy the classes, cupping and other pop-up events they've held. While I definitely miss their cafe location, the coffee has remained a regular part of my day at home!“
