Dickey's Barbecue Pit

DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!! I placed an order online. When I went to pick up my food the old man in the counter was taking long and being rude not understanding what I was telling him. When I finally got my order it was was incomplete. I went back to the man and told him I was missing the bread and extra items I had purchased and he said I was stealing from him. He was yelling at me and said he would call the cops and say I was stealing. He said he wouldn’t give me a refund and also kept my plate. I had never experienced something like this in any restaurant. What a horrible experience!!

I'm surprised at the reviews as I actually had a wonderful experience here today! The employees there for lunch were extremely helpful and kind, and the food was fresh and good! Better than many stand alone locations. I will be eating here again. Shoutout to the crew for excellent customer service!

My family and I dine in there. Frank was so friendly and welcoming! My kids love the mac&cheese and the mashed potatoes. The ribs and brisket were super good! Everything was nice and we enjoyed eating there.

There's no one here. Stood at the counter for nearly 10 minutes and saw no staff so I couldn't place an order. Guess I'll go somewhere else

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Bad hygiene. And bro behind the counter was scrolling on Instagram with gloves on and touching FOOD. That's disgusting.

Placed an order online to be picked up at 11:15am I got there at 11 they were closed. I waited 30 minutes the never opened. Someone was there just walking around talking on the phone. I never got my order

Extremely Slow service, only one person working, so not his fault though. He has to take and make the order and then ring it up as well. $12 for beef brisket sandwich is way too much. Not worth it. This is second time I had bad experience with dickeys. Never again.

First and last time coming here, we had brisket sandwich and a rib plate with a side of sausage, the meat was extremely dry and the food was cold

The cashier was nice and all but boy was he greedy with the portions. Other locations serve well, especially for the price. This location was not that - go else where.

The meats and sides were good portions and well-seasoned. The pick-up order was not ready on time because they were out of turkey and creamed spinach. Then, the 32 oz sweet tea was packed full of ice all the way to the cup's brim and then some watered tea. They were also out of drink carriers. For a location inside a Walmart with projected heavy traffic, I think management needs to improve upon taking and stocking up on inventory to not be short of anything, especiallyon a Sunday afternoon. Also, drinks are one of the highest-profit items, so don't be stingy by giving more ice than the actual drink. I will not visit this establishment any more.

the food is always good my favorite is the brisket sandwich but the ribs sausage and chicken all taste great i wish i could get this kind of flavor on my meats at home.
