I always come here in the morning. Awesome crew. Everytime I come in the afternoon the coffee taste bad and the employees have been rude. This afternoon in perticular short man with braids and glasses was super rude for no reason. I’ve seen him before on nightshift he is always less than lovely. He slammed the drive thru window close as hard as he could. I’m afraid to drink the coffee he handed me. Please have a manager on duty at night this location needs it.
I’ve never been a big fan of Dunkin but I do love their bagels. The bagels are amazing. The coffee and drinks I’ve had are ehhh. My biggest complaint about this particular store location is about the employees though. They are just the friendliest people ever UNTIL it comes time to pay. Still had a decent selection of donuts at 2pm. Just shocked and disappointed to find they discontinued the chocolate creme donut. Which is honestly the only thing I liked at Dunkin besides the sourdough breakfast sandwich.
