Fantastic stakes and hilarious staff
That Philly was 🔥🔥🔥. 1st time going and what made it even better than the amazing food was the staff! You could tell they genuinely cared that they prepared the best cheesesteak in town! We'll definitely be back and it will be in our weekly routine of great places to eat. 🍻

Fred's Downtown Philly L.L.C. is a spot for a true Philly cheesesteak. The cheesesteak itself is amazing, and the house sauce is next level. The #15, a cheesesteak with banana peppers and jalapenos and Fred's sauce, is delicious, with the roll stuffed with steak that is perfectly cooked and not dry. The #2 is an authentic cheesesteak, using actual Amoroso's rolls. The fries are solid, and the fried pickles are tasty. The Cheese 🍔 burger is good and tasty, and the Philly cheese Egg rolls blew people away. The price is perfect and reflects the pride taken in the craft. The atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing lunch. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing amazing service. A Marcellus chicken cheesesteak was also enjoyed. The only complaint is being closed on Sundays.
