the food is ok but i had a bad experience with unpleasant host which she was very unpleasant manner.i did put in waitlist already but had no idea waitlist didn't go through also she said i can take a seat.

2mins after she just yelled at me with no manner about why i didn't put in waitlist and just sat!

it would be nice if she just asked..

This is one of my usual Saturdays spot to go for lunch. I usually go about 11ish before the shopping center gets packed. Never had any issues at this location, fairly fast seating (depending on time you go). Food is always fresh and/or hot.

Excited for our first visit and it was fun. We dined in and took 40 minutes for our table on Saturday evening. We made a reservation before going! Strongly urge to go online and make a reservation. My grandsons loved the robots and the food coming around on the conveyor. Sushi was good, wagyu beef was very good- but they ran out early.
Feels a bit cafeteria style, dishes etc.

Parking: Shopping center is almost all restaurant so weekends parking can be an issue. We were there on Saturday at 7:30.

Kid-friendliness: Kids will love this and kid friendly.

Would not recommend this particular location. Wait times are a bit much and they'll call people who have been waiting out of order. So if you like being passed over for a spot, then sure go for it. Otherwise, there are other options out there.

I went by myself to eat. I had like ten annoying young employees talking so loudly and disrespectful to each other that. Like I am just trying eat in peace but it is not possible here. The restrooms are disgusting. For having paid so much money the experience fell worse that the nastiest gas station mcdonalds ?
