I don't care what you order from here, the flavors are going to be perfect. Drinks, food, service are all great. The Mole is one of my favorite things on the menu. The basic margarita is better than many restaurants have.

First and last time here. I found a roach midway in to my breakfast burrito.

Food is really good but the service is maybe the worst I have experienced. Be sure and take your drink slowly and do not get a bowl of queso as an appetizer. You will want additional chips for your queso and that ain't happening. You will see your server when he takes your order and not again until he brings your check. He will avoid making eye contact with you.

Los Lupes is our ‘go-to’ Mexican restaurant. Margaritas are very consistent, slightly sweet and slightly more lime than others, which we like. For my family, eating out is a social occasion, Armando and Miriam do an excellent job with the service – giving us time to socialize while also moving the meal along. The menu is varied - everyone has found their ‘niche’ over the years. I like spicy – the Mexican Street Tacos red sauce is about the spiciest regular dish I have come across. Los Lupes specializes in their breakfast dishes, top notch. No extra money spent on a fancy ambiance, just great food and drink in a comfortable atmosphere…

I ordered brisket enchiladas, it came with BBQ. Yuck. Anything else would of been better. Any other dinner with BBQ would be good, just not with a Mexican dinner.

Our group has eaten here many times. The food is usually good, but not always. I brought al carbon tacos home for hubby today and he said that his refried beans tasted sour. On a high note, our service person is STELLAR! Armando is always quick, kind and attentive. He is our preferred wait person and we appreciate him very much.

Food was alright, I went for the alcohol and got what I came for I guess... still, I expected more from a highly rated Mexican restaurant.

Wish the speakers went all around the restaurant. Update: speakers now louder and better. Food is excellent here and the service is great. I want to check out the karaoke on Saturday.

These guys have great prices and excellent food. I grew up on the border, which can make it difficult to find food that lives up to my memories of home.
On Wednesdays they have $3 house margaritas all day, which can't be beat.

!!! MY UPDATED RESPONSE TO THE OWNER:
My original comment:
I came here with my family yesterday 05/16/24 between 12:30-1:00 and I was NOT impressed. Food took a bit to get. Waitress wasn’t friendly or interactive at all. She forgot my sons drink and when we told her she wasn’t apologetic. No refills on chips. Limited tortillas with appetizer wasn’t even enough for each person at my table. Food wasn’t good. The shrimp seemed thrown together. Husbands fajitas were very dry and lacked seasoning! Daughter also didn’t eat her food. Refills when we asked. She didn’t help us with anything. We are a White/Hispanic family but Husband could speak Spanish so there shouldn’t be a language excuse. We GLADlY stopped by a fast food place sometime after leaving.
She needs to be more interactive with everyone or finding a job where she doesn’t have to associate with people. I should’ve asked for a refund after first bite. The bill was ridiculous.
Not to mention, WHAT BUFFET!? That’s the reason my husband wanted go.
Please see ‘owners comment’ FIVE MONTHS LATER:
“Bethany
We do have a buffet because we want the freshness you order it at the table, did you ask for the manager upon your dissatisfaction? I spoke with him and he told me that you did not ask for him. If you didn’t like our food why did you take to go boxes. It’s our policy any dissatisfied customers with a valid reason do not pay.”
MY RESPONSE:
How would you recall my visit FIVE MONTHS LATER!? Also, note, we DID NOT take to go boxes! Wtf… ? Stop lying, run a business properly and stop making excuses! (Read all other negative comments) Lying about your business would benefit me none. Move on.

If I could leave 1/3 of a star rating for service I would. Submitted an order online, drove to the restaurant to pick up. When I walked in the female waitress approached me. Gave her my name and mentioned it was an online order. She looks at the computer, turns around to tell me they didn’t receive it. I pointed to the screen that clearly showed my name and order! She looked and replied it’ll be 10 minutes. Nevermind the fact I added a $3 tip online!!!
If you don’t need or want the business then do NOT offer online service especially if it’s such an inconvenience. It’s obvious you need business as there were only 2 tables occupied.
Not returning to this location. I’ll choose a more grateful business!
