Masu Sushi & Hibachi is a great spot with amazing chefs that provide a fun experience for customers. The hibachi grill is a highlight, with good portion sizes and delicious food. The staff is excellent, attentive, and the service is top-notch. The Oishii Roll was delicious, and they have no-rice selections of sushi rolls. The steak with rice and tiger shrimp was hot, fresh, and delicious, better than Benihana's. The Las Vegas Roll, Dallas Roll, and Philadelphia Roll were solid—fresh and flavorful. The lunch combo included a small salad and miso soup. The place is nice and spacious, and the food came out quickly. While the prices may be a bit high, the overall experience is enjoyable. The vegetable tempura is a popular choice, and the scallops are notably large. If you're in the area, Masu Sushi & Hibachi is worth a visit for a full belly and a smile on your face.
