Favorite place for pho by far. The menu is extensive, and there are so many options for pho that it took us awhile just to make a decision. I ordered the combination bowl, with flank, round steak, meatballs, tripe, and soft tendon. The noodles were tender and cooked just right, but the true star of the dish was the broth. It was rich, balanced, and had that deep, slow-simmered flavor that can only be achieved with hours of cooking.

You don't expect exceptional services from these typical noodle places. Server just asks what you want, bring water, food and never came back. This place always plays instrumental music, 24/7. Pho/ broth is ok, better than those in Garland or Arlington. Owner keeps the tips, servers get paid hourly.

My second time coming here.
Let me tell you - the broth.
Man... The broth is so good! It tastes clean. This is the only place where I can fully finish the bowl. Meat is tender, the greens are fresh. I'm the one that puts ALL the greens in my bowl too.
I wish this place had locations in Florida because nothing here compares to Pho Pasteur.

I see reviews that dock stars for the service aspect - I don't think that's really...
