All of the different type of carb they had like rice cake, glass noodle, ramen and more all tasted great in the Mara hong. The mushroom tasted a little strong in the broth but it is better when stir fried. I recommend level 2 for the Mara hong since it’s spicy but not too much. I love this place. It's a restaurant I often come to eat at. I don't always feel it's salty, but when I feel it's a little salty, I ask for hot water and they give it to me, and it's good to add a little more. It's so delicious and the owner is kind. I often come here with my family. I highly recommend it^^
I used to live in Shanghai and it's been many years since I had malatang. This place is amazing! Just like I remember - the soup here really hits the spot. So nice to have somewhere like this in the area, will definitely be going back
