Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I had given this Popeyes a 5 star, but babeeeee they must have gotten a whole new staff with the worst attitudes. There can be no one in the line and the will still take 20 mins to come to the window and the food has been soggy the last 2 times. I quit. Popeyes do better WE love the food just not the service

Maps say they close at 1 am .

At 10 pm we ordered through the drive thru, while we waited for our purchased food we asked if we could come in to use the restroom and the girl at the window said yes.

The doors were locked and the manager refused to let us use the restroom even after the first employee at the window said they were still open and we could come in.

The doors remained locked while having an Open sign turned on.

The manager was also rude and dismissive.

I loved my meal today, the chicken was perfect and the place super clean.
For a moment I thought they have just opened and then I realized it has been here for a while.
Good job every one for keeping the place in a good shape and great food.

The wings were excellent, exta crispy. Not saugy nice and hot. The flavors just come out of the food.

I don’t know what y’all talking ’bout in these reviews, butttt Alfredo was on his best shit. Customer service was fire, the food was fresh, the building was clean, and the service was fast. My husband & I appreciate you, Alfredo!

I just pulled up to this Popeyes and saw A DEAD RAT in the drive thru. I felt like it’s not food friendly so I let that girl at the window know. She said okay thank you for telling us. I go home, open my food and see RAT POOP on my biscuits! I go circle back to the same Popeyes and see that the rodent still laying there, so I would give 0 stars if I could. This is not a time to have something like this happening especially with the hantavirus going around! For those who don’t know what the hantavirus is, it’s an extremely deadly virus that comes from rats & rat poop! Not to mention the beans and rice smelled so weird. Like something sour or spoiled. @popeyes

This Popeyes just doesn’t have the best service. They can’t understand orders and the majority of of the time my order is wrong. They never have all of the menu, either you can’t choose specific pieces of chicken, they’re out of macaroni, or they are slow, or they food is not fresh. I was glad when this location popped up in my neighborhood, but it has been bad experience since opening.

Went to pick up a door dash order, the lady kathey didnt answer the speaker. I asked someone e out side if they where open.he said yes .yall really need to do something about her attitude.

Missed half of my order, only one box of 4PC instead of two, and gave the wrong side, rice and beans instead of macaroni, despite the receipt saying otherwise. Ordered delivery otherwise I would’ve sorted this issue.

Every time ive visited this store Alfredo and Daniel are always so nice. They make the visit here so worth it and pleasant. They are very personable yet professional.
