This is my favorite boba place 😊

Been consistently coming here after having trouble with the garland location. The staff is always friendly and kind. The ynever mess up and order and the atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable! Yall are the best! <3

I enjoyed this boba place because it is clean, has seating, and has a variety of board games. I love that they have machines for ordering and customizing your boba as soon as you enter. There are so many options to choose from! I tried the mango fruit tea, which was delicious. The service was fast, and the staff was really friendly.

Love their avocado stormy and banana crème matcha latte here! Would love to see more drink with banana crème in the future

Five 5 stars ⭐️ because it’s open late!! Bring back the old days

Really love their r&b herbal tea with xl size. Would love to give them a 5 stars, but they got a bit of a customer service issue. They do not seem to care to make their customer happy, especially high return customers. Normally, their tea would come with the crystal boba, but if I want to switch it to the honey boba, then it should be allowed. No, instead, they want a separate charge instead. They already make more than $55 on average from me, so what's a difference between crystal boba vs. Honey...10 cents?

nice place they were helpful with my wife being blind. the drinks were awesome. we went today

I went a few times to try different things they had before giving my opinion. I really like the different tea options they have, but I wish they had more snack items instead of just the waffle puffs. All in all, it is a great place for tea, milk tea, and coffee.

I walked in yesterday and there were two people behind the counter. Not one person greeted me. Brushing it off, I walked up to the point of sale device to order my drink. I appreciate the personalization and the description of items. My drink was made quickly, but what sealed my decision for not returning besides the automatic 18% tip option that generated when my drink totaled out, was the fact that the lady put the drink on the counter and mumbled something. I replied, "Excuse me." Without so much as walking toward me, she continued walking away and said more audibly "shake well." Thinking about it now, I only saw certain people walking in while sitting in the parking lot waiting for my friend to arrive, which solidifies it for me, I will not be returning. Customer service is customer service. Clients are clients. A person shouldn't have to look like you to receive professional and cordial treatment.
