This is in reference to the Monroe Louisiana store location.Today at lunch time my daughter was treated poorly by one of the mangers Tangela.My minor child has level 2 autism. Tangela offered the child a raising Cane's toy then proceeded to snatch and hand it to the child multiple times harassing the child. Unprofessional, embarrassing, this minor at this time is still upset. The minor comes to canes multiple times a week and is afraid to come back to one of her favorite places....read full review
Visited Cane's for the first time and was embarrassed in front of everyone by an employee who came towards my family's table after he saw me throwing away leftover sauces after we were done eating and said next time don't order sauces so we don't have to waste them! First of all who are your employees to tell a customer what to do with their food that they paid for?! what if people tasted the sauce and didn't like them? So we finally hit up Raising Cane's. The line was ridiculously long, but we only waited 10 minutes, which wasn't too shabby. That was definitely the highlight of our experience. I'm not a fan, to say the least. All they serve is chicken fingers and a chicken finger sandwich - talk about variety. The three chicken fingers you get might as well be an overpriced kids' meal.
