I’m very upset to find out one of the workers that works in the back as a cook vapes near all the food prep area He is a skinny Hispanic boy with a goatee and dark hair.i really hope you take this matter seriously and take accountability.

I was working today when the mgr Lamya Love made me feel very welcomed. She has superb customer service and was kind, thoughtful and helpful! Will come to this location just because of her!!

4/7/26 8:25 or so. Husband and I ate here tonight and had a way better experience than the one we had in Plano. First let me speak on how clean this place was! Superb! The young man cleaned about 6 times while we were there. Amazing! The food was quickly served but surprisingly hot and fresh! I was expecting it to be cold because it came out in lighting speed! The crew act like they came to work not play! Kuddos to all the workers at this location!! They were all so professional. Glad we gave Cane's another try. Just won't go back to the Plano location 😕

We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the staff in Avon, Ohio branch! They are so sweet! My father-in-law, Sherman, gets the most thoughtful attention whenever he visits the restaurant. (And he visits Cane's 2-3x a week! That's how much he loves Cane's chicken tenders and fries!) They even prepared a gift basket for his birthday today! Thank you!

Don't go into the store every single time someone comes in they have something to say about how you look what you're ordering or some form of discrimination in some form or way. they're fireing me for mumbling under my breath when they have multiple employees that speak loud enough for the customers to hear and cuss it is not kid friendly it is not family friendly it is not legally acceptable to have such disgusting waste on every part of the machine that food is being served to the public if I'm going to be scapegoated to where they disregard the discrimination case you best believe I will become a full force there is no reason that someone comes in and from their life they come from nothing and they start making it big and employees start treating them like crap and start slandering them all over town when he's actually pretty good guy you don't have any right treating someone like that by every legal law it's not okay you have a job to do if you can't do it you don't deserve to be there and in all honesty I've worked a couple 6 hours shifts where I did not get my break because they did not care about it I was not able to do my cleaning task before leaving because they did not care about it but they care about an employee speaking up about how another employee is treating other employees horribly so they go and slander his name and get them fired I'm going to love this lawsuit

I'm sorry I don't care for it cause 1. chicken tenders is supposed to have flavor which it lacks of and you shouldn't need special sauce to make it taste better. 2. the chicken was too dry and I've tried it at multiple locations. So not my cup of tea.... I'm a Cajun I'm all about seasoning and flavoring. there is better chicken places than this place.

I love this spot went and got 50 chicken fingers they were so yummy.

Ate here twice, and boths times my chicken crust was trash. Maybe I need to tell them give me crispy chicken, hold the soggy.
