NO JOKE!! Just walked into the store and waited for someone to come out. Finally, someone came out and said “yeah”. We said we would like to order, but can we eat inside the restaurant (NO ONE INSIDE AND BAGS OVER DRINK STATION) and her reply was “yea and no”. I said what does that mean, she said we are backed up and it’ll be 30 plus minutes.

I ordered my food online through door dash at 8:25 when they close at 9. The dasher got to the establishment to pick up my order at 8:45, and they would not let them in the building to pick up my food. The manager had already closed the business down for the evening, even though I had prepaid for my food and everything. I don’t ever want to be that person that shows up right at close, but they had 15 minutes to get my order to me and could not even do that. Poor customer service....read full review

Schlotzsky's is a must-visit spot in the Carrollton/Plano area. The staff provides excellent customer service, making every visit enjoyable. The food, including the chicken bacon ranch calzone, pastrami Reuben, and chicken jalapeño pizza, is simply delicious. However, recent visits have highlighted some issues. Some customers have experienced incorrect orders, such as receiving a large turkey breast sandwich with barbecue sauce instead of just mustard and lettuce. Additionally, the location has been struggling with supply issues, being out of several drinks and other items. Despite these challenges, the staff remains nice and the restaurant offers a pleasant atmosphere with many booths. Parking can be crowded at peak times, but there is additional parking available behind the location. Even though it has become a bit pricey, the overall experience is still valued by many. Schlotzsky's is a place that customers hope will improve and return to its former quality.
