Schlotzsky's is a must-visit spot in the Carrollton/Plano area. The staff provides excellent customer service, making every visit enjoyable. The food, including the chicken bacon ranch calzone, pastrami Reuben, and chicken jalapeño pizza, is simply delicious. However, recent visits have highlighted some issues. Some customers have experienced incorrect orders, such as receiving a large turkey breast sandwich with barbecue sauce instead of just mustard and lettuce. Additionally, the location has been struggling with supply issues, being out of several drinks and other items. Despite these challenges, the staff remains nice and the restaurant offers a pleasant atmosphere with many booths. Parking can be crowded at peak times, but there is additional parking available behind the location. Even though it has become a bit pricey, the overall experience is still valued by many. Schlotzsky's is a place that customers hope will improve and return to its former quality.
