bad customer service
I ordered pizza from here and they took approximately an hour and a half. We decided to call the place, they didn’t answer the first time. We proceeded to call a few more times and never picked up the phone!!!
My delivery driver went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate it. One of my sauces was missing from my order, and he took the time to go back and grab one for me anyway.
What really stood out was how fast he came back—he literally ran it back to my building to make sure I had it. That level of effort and care did not go unnoticed.
