Donuts are good. I tried the boudin kolaches and it was doughy and not cooked thoroughly. It was like they rushed it and clearly wasn't done baking. It was expensive to throw it out.
The donuts here are quite good, with a nice variety to choose from. Unfortunately, the chocolate icing from one donut got smeared all over the others, which affected the presentation and made them a bit messy to eat. Despite this issue, the quality of the donuts still shines through.
Check your receipts! I ordered a regular kolache at the drive-thru, and the drive thru attendant Daymara charged me for a bottle of water when I did not order one.UPDATE: I am changing my review because today I received a letter from the CMO expressing concern that i had an unpleasant experience and they went out of their way to make it right. I stand corrected. THIS is customer service. Well done and thank you!
