Terribly understaffed!! I had to wait over 20 mins in the drive-thru for a smoothie bowl, and then the smoothie bowl was only half filled compared to other smoothie bowls I have gotten at this location.

I’m sorry but as soon as the person opened the drive through door there was an awful smell that made me gag and nauseous. I’m not sure what it was but then I saw the worker give me my smoothie with no gloves and his fingers were holding the lid of my cup. His nails and cuticles were all cut up. I felt so disgusted after when I drove off the smell got stuck in my car and I had to drive to work with my windows down to air out my car. I’m sorry but this has never happened before I did not feel comfortable drinking my drink and threw it away at work. I will forever be scarred to go to that location again. I was really looking forward to their smoothie.

Smoothies are good, but twice in a row, when I pay with cash, they have no change!!!!😠 My $7.13 smoothie cost me $8.00 because they had no change!?!? I had .13 cents, but was told the transaction was already closed, so I was given $2.00 change from a $10.00 bill😡 If you don’t have change, say so before the transaction and don’t short change me and rip me off😠😤

The employees working the evening shift on 10/17 did a wonderful job. Smoothies were put together promptly and they still managed to be friendly at the window, asking how ones day went. Sometimes it's the little things that count. Great job guys
