The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. The managers should be communicating to the owners or corporate that the payment screen is never accurately calibrated and it takes entirely too long to read my card, and leave a tip. I would guess that many people get frustrated and don’t tip and this ultimately negatively impacts the employees. The added ability to tap out cards for payment processing is a great idea but has yet to work, not just for myself but everyone...

Unfortunately, this Sonic in Carrollton has lost the charm and quality that once made it “America’s Drive-In.” The service is incredibly slow—even during non-peak hours—and most of the stalls are blocked off with cones due to being out of order. The few that are functional often have their own issues, making the ordering process frustrating.
