I used the drive-thru yesterday around 12:40-50 pm , and there was a young man working the window. I paid, he gave me my order and before I left I remembered my mom really wanted these reusable Halloween cups that Starbucks has been promoting so I quickly asked him about it (politely as well) and he got visibly upset, telling me that I was gonna have to come in n look or show him a pic in the most patronizing/degrading way. His attitude and facial expressions made it obvious I made him upset by asking. The way he spoke to me shocked me so bad I cried when I left because I was already having a terrible week and it was just the icing on the cake. The goal was to get my coffee and relax since I've been so stressed. Not to mention I go out of my way to go to this specific location because I thought the staff was nicer. I'm fine now but DAMN if that wasn't my 13th reason.

It has improved enough for me to review. Most of us have Starbucks occasionally so sometimes it’s hard to decide on which one to choose because there are many locations. This one is a clean store. Not very big but it has cute outdoor seating. It’s usually busy with drive through people in the morning so I park away from the building if possible.
Parking: There is Sprouts nearby , so there is a huge parking lot and it’s easy to find a spot.

IMMACULATE RESTROOM! In addition to everything else I like about my neighborhood S’bux, the restroom at this location is unfailingly spotless and well supplied.

I love this place! I go the this one at least 3 times a week. They always welcome us with smiles and very efficient, i never had to wait long for my orders even when they have a lot of orders. Specially the cute girl named Jay is my favorite. She is such a sweet barista she remembers me and my coworkers’ orders and gets us stuff that we need for our coffee without us having to ask for it she is also fast and gives us great recommendations on new drinks. Her smiles make my day better. She is the best starbucks employee the i ever encountered.

I have been to several starbucks. I Was at the drive thru on 5/22/2024 at 6:09 ordering a "brown sugar espresso with oat milk". I was served a small as a grande. This was frustrating and wasteful. I asked for light ice, then the guy asked an unusual question. "Are you ok with the amount of room in the cup because the ice makes up most of the space." I said sure. Because either way, the contents should equal a medium. However the ice was not light, and the contents were less than that of a small. Overall, i did not enjoy this experience, the service and the waste of money for 5 sips of beverage.

So we came to this place thrice. Used the drive thru service.They always mess up the order.1st time it was wrong kind of milk when I mentioned oatmilk they gave regular I could taste.2nd time they didn't give extra pump of caramel.3rd time they gave wrong size of cup and didn't add extra pump of caramel. I ordered venti and they gave me a grande.We only found out when we left the place and on our way to wherever we were traveling.We didn't bother to go back.First is an exception but repeatedly doing the same thing shows the kind of staff this particular store has.I have had amazing experience with starbucks but this store somehow is not able to meet the starbucks quality and standard of service and taste.
