Don’t recommend doing an app order at this location they’ve messed up twice each time. The workers there don’t seem to care and don’t get a single item right.

I made an online order on December 2023 and had the most unsatisfactory customer experience with Subway. I placed an order around 6 PM and drove 15 minutes to the store. After arriving to the store, I received a call from the store they want me to cancel my order online. I checked the app, I checked the website, there is no way to cancel the order? Basically, I was charged for an order I never was able to pick up. Despite this situation, I decided to go to another location and I decided to place a 2nd order at this store at 7 PM. This review is for this store. When I arrived at this store, there was no Subway workers onsite for about 45 minutes and I was waiting outside in the cold to pick up the order. No manager, no employees, and no phone call answers. An employee did end up returning from McDonald's next door confirming they had an employee who didn't pick up his or her shift properly. Rarely do I have a problem, but I was pretty pissed with this experience to be frank. I had to drive around 4 different ways to end up locked outside an unattended Subway and waited about 1.5 Hours for my food to finally get made around 8 PM.Order 2EF31FBD-7C & Order F9E19A8A-E9

When I got there, there was a line. It was only about 12:10pm. Beginning of lunch. Immediately I noticed that the lady behind the counter was talking to the customers terribly. I felt bad for the guys. They were just trying to order and she was rude and disrespectful. She was completely flustered. She was asked what's wrong by her coworkers and she yelled "everything is wrong in this restaurant!" When she got to me, I ordered my sandwhich and I noticed she made it wrong. She then takes the sandwhich and asks me if I want it. She would t charge me for it. I declined. She went to the back of the restaurant to throw it out I guess. Then she moved on to the next person in line so I stood waiting. The other kid there was nice. He asked me what I had. Now this lady jumps into action and starts to hand the sandwhich she had already started to the guy trying to help me to finish with this lady. She asks me what bread. I said multigrain. She grabs wheat and says "same thing, I'm simple"She grabbed a mound of chicken with her hand, not the measuring tool and made my sandwhich. The other two gentlemen were very kind. They seemed embarrassed by her. I went to grab my drink and the tea was uncovered, the straws were not filled. There was a ton of trash in the caddy for the kids, completely unprepared. It was a really bad experience not just for me but for her coworkers too. She doesn't need to work with people especially in a restaurant.

It's a clean restaurant with nice and friendly staff.Vegetarian options: I like this location has the veggie pattie. This is a great option for vegetarian or maybe even plant based eats.

Oh I've been waiting on this this review to pop up in my timeline. Had to give the girl both her names it could have been under five freaking times. Showed her the order number everything she kept saying name, name, name. I kept giving her both our names. Had to get pretty upset with her to get anything out of her. Got home my sandwich looked nothing like what it did in the picture. Probably would have never went there if the one closest to our house wasn't out of a few things. Ordered the same thing from the one on shady Grove last Saturday night both sandwiches looked 100% better. I will not go back to that one!

Love Subways. From the app ordering experience to the food and satisfaction of a good healthy meal at the end it's all great. The raspberry white chocolate cookies are a must try. Always search for coupon codes because they always offer them and you can save a lot of money through the codes. Codes don't work in person. You have to use them through their app. But like I'm talking about almost $10 off sometimes. BOGO free deals. Happy Eating!!
