As a Franconian-Bavarian visiting Texas, I imagined an original Texas barbecue, similar to a saloon. I was here with a friend who wanted to show me. Yeah. THE BEST brisket anywhere.I wish BBQ places would figure a charge for the baked potato AS A SIDE ITEM when ordered plain with nothing on it. Instead they charge you as if it’s loaded and that’s just wrong.
