AWESOME!!!! We got the awesome cotton candy designs. Word to the wish bring cash...they won't give cash back and the machine only take 5.00 cash. The crepes were amazing too!

I received TERRIBLE customer service tonight. We have been a customer of T-Swirl for quite some for. Tonight we placed an order with DoorDash for 6 items totalling $64.22. An entire item was missing. Upon calling the restaurant I was advised that the employees double check the orders before they are sent out. So I guess in this case human error isn't possible. I was not offered any form of resolution and was basically called a liar. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
