i don’t usually leave reviews, but this taco bell experience was genuinely awful. we had to confirm our takeout order four different times, and the employee at the drive-thru sounded completely out of it … honestly like he was high. despite repeating ourselves over and over, he still managed to miss four out of our five items. the one item he got right was fries 😃😃😃😃👍

we ended up having to park, go inside, and re-place the order, only for them to still get it wrong. if anyone in your group has food allergies or sensitivities, i’d seriously avoid this location. the lack of attention and basic competence is concerning. definitely not returning.

Worst experience. I came here around 230 after a long day at work with my co worker to get some food. Usually Taco Bell is always open during late hours. I ordered food and got charged for an additional 2 items I did not order. I asked for a refund for the items the employee Perla or something along the lines don’t remember her name right refused to give me a refund. I asked her why not she said because you ordered and it is not our fault so no refund. Employees make mistakes too so why in the hell is it ok for her to refuse to give me back my money the food was untouched. I asked for the manager and she said I am the manager but proceeded to get on her headset to talk with some guy who was in the kitchen about the refund. It was so late at night I didn’t even realize she charged me almost 60$ like be for real. It’s clear that the order was incorrect. She needs more training in her hospitality service and the manager in charge who refused to come out and handle the issue is a coward for having her employee deal with his responsibility.

So i go through the drive thru on an e bike thag set off the sensors all the time. I sit there for like 2 mins then i decide to roll up to the window. As i do i see the lady who supposed to be workin the window wlak in from outside. And starts to take the order of the car that had just pulled up as she does im sittin at the imdow waitin to order. She finally see or acknowledges me. And says yes and I'm like ive been waiting to order. She says she didnt hear the things day i was there. I was like um no ive set all the sensors off for these and my bikes not light. And she just looks at me and im like so can i order amd she just points to her headset arrogantly sayin i didnt hear the thing. Im like nah i dont buy that i saw you walk in from outside not evenin in the dman building. So im forced to ask arr you trllin me i can't order and have to come inside or go back through cause you weren't at your post and not even in the damn building. She says pretty much. I asled to speak witht he manager amd she says she was...uhhh if you manager at 1030 at night ona Friday does her job like that...she needs to be fired. She goin to hurt ya business amd seeking how i didnt see no one inside costumer ornin drive through it seems she not doin this olace no favors. Now i gots to go elsewhere cause of a lack or business skills ethics and sense. If they aren't portraying of these characteristics at all tbey really shouldn't be a manager.

This location always makes you wait way longer than whatever their wait time is by making you pull forward. Unfortunately tonight, my boyfriend and I ordered food waited 10 minutes then a car already parked got their food. Then the car hop proceeded to tell us it would take an additional 5 minuties to get our food. It would help to tell customers ahead of time if it’s an additional almost 15-20 minutes at the order box for our order rather than having us wait or letting us know so that we could order something else that would be quicker. The last couple times I’ve come it’s been very similar experiences and I used to be very pro this location. I hope to see customer service rather than just ticket times be the priority. The whole point of fast food is for it to be fast and this location contributes to make it a long wait.

This location now gives you less than a tablespoon of meat in your tacos. I called the manager tonight to complain and got the complete run around. Go to a different location if you want a normal TB taco. I will never visit this location again.

We placed our order in the drive thru. My daughter wanted a crunch wrap with nacho fries. They put the nachos fries inside of the wrap. My daughter and I were confused as to why they did that. When we told them we wanted the fries in the side, the person a checkout said that's what we told him we wanted. We did not. They went back and forth with us for a moment and then gave us an order of fries after about 5 minutes. They never offered to make the crunch wrap the way we wanted. After waiting for longer than we anticipated my daughter was frustrated and said she didn't want to wait anymore so we left. She didn't enjoy her crunch wrap with fries inside at all. The nacho fries they gave us were not crunchy...kinda soggy. The cinnabon minis were old and cold. The 2 beef crunchy tacos I ordered were sloppily put together when I opened them. Lettuce spilled out of the taco shells and the tacos themselves weren't as crunchy as they could have been. I was sorely disappointed with our order. I doubt I would return again.

Look, Taco Bell is a known quantity and it catches a lot of heat, but for my money it’s the best overall fast food joint out there. I don’t love how often I eat there. Every time I pull into the drive thru, I put my cowboy hat on, hug TB from behind and say “I wish I could quit you,” but the grilled cheese burritos and the creative new items (nuggets, nacho fries, etc) just keeps me coming back for more because it’s so good. Download the app and at least enjoy some rewards with your guilty pleasure.

Dont ask for any add-ons to your items!! You will be charged however never fulfilled. Im tired of taking my orders back to get them done properly, now I am simply going to another location.
