My wife and I entered the store about 2pm. It took several minutes to place our order. Apparently, the counter person was having a problem getting a lady’s to go order right. We ordered bean burrito, a taco and two small drinks. The ice dispenser was empty. We had to get ice from the counter person. The hot sauce bins were almost empty. The store was filthy. We had to wipe down a table and chairs for a place to eat. It took eight to ten minutes to get our food. My diet Dr Pepper didn’t taste anything like a Dr Pepper. It was as if Pepsi had not checked the bricks on that drink dispenser in long time. My stomach felt uneasy that evening and I awoke about 2am.
I have been and will remain a fan of Taco Bell, as a great venue for quick tasty food for over fifty years. However, I will never return to this store.

Disappointing Experience at Taco Bell
I visited the Taco Bell location on February 4th at 5:42 PM, and unfortunately, my experience was not pleasant. The worker who was on duty at that time was rude and unhelpful. When I asked for assistance, they seemed uninterested and dismissive, making the interaction uncomfortable. Instead of providing clear answers or offering solutions, they appeared impatient and unwilling to help.
I understand that working in customer service can be challenging, but a little courtesy and professionalism go a long way. I hope the management can address this issue to ensure a more positive experience for future customers.

Be aware—this location charges significantly more compared to other Taco Bell locations. I always thought Plano and Frisco, being fancier towns, would have higher prices, but this spot is surprisingly expensive. I ordered a few items here and then ordered the exact same items from the Plano location—there was a $3 difference in total price! That’s insane. A slight difference of 50 cents or even a dollar is understandable, but $3 on a bill under $10? That’s just unreasonable!!!!
Vegetarian options: 3 Pinto beans, 2 sides of chipotle sauce
Taco Bell is always the perfect fast food!!
Parking: The handicapped parking places were close to the door.
Wheelchair accessibility: It was easy to get from the handicapped parking into the restaurant in my wheelchair, and seating options were available in the dining area.

If I can give a zero I would. I was 2 minutes late to pick up my order because I was in the restroom after waiting for my order for 15 minutes already. When I came to pick up my order the worker literally yelled at me because she had called my name when I was in the restroom. Absolutely disgusting and atrocious.
My bad but yuck. I was so hungry so I ordered the green chili burrito ( salsa verde)with beef. My bad and never again. Who the hell make a tangy and unflavorful. That is all

I haven’t been back here for over a year because of the bad service and food. I thought that I would give this location another try and was really impressed with the overall experience plus the guy at the window and the manager were both really nice and professional. I ordered the Cantina chicken bowl and Cantina Chicken CrispyTaco. They were both really good and I would recommend them. They were out of the Avocado Verde Salsa at this location. But overall pleased with the new team.

Was excited to get a bfast crunchwrap bc that's one of the only things I like here, no one answered me for 10 mins and finally they said "we're not open sorry" even though I came within operating hours. Short staffed. Have compassion, but also be aware.
Great tacos. Beats the price for Chinese lunch special starting at $15!!!!

I stoped by this morning @8:29 and waited at the speaker 3 minutes. No one responded so I pulled up to window. The lady opened and asked “might I help you?” I asked “are you open?”. She replied “not yet”. Then I asked “what time do you open?”. She said “8”. Close the window and walk away.
Didn’t she realized it was 8:29 at the time? ?
