They provide poor service to those who deliver, they give themselves a treat in deliveries and when you arrive as if you were gasparin, I consider that the same service should be provided to both customers and those who provide the service of bringing the food, thank you good day

Service was a bit slow, on way to work at 10.15pm only ordered a taco and a burrito from the $3.00 menu. Shouldn't have taken so long, was about to knock on glass to ask why delay but didn't want to be "that" guy. Food however was great as always! Maybe go around the store a couple times a day as parking lot and drive thru had litter.

Stopped by tonight for a “ Mexican pizza combo”. Pizza had no cheese. You usually get two taco supreme’s. I received a taco and some type of regular taco with Dorito bits. Beyond disappointing for such a basic order. 1 star across the board.

Not only did they hand us the wrong order, the crunch wrap supreme they made was horrific. Literally missing almost all of the ingredients.

Very inexperienced staff, easily mixes up orders. Manager is trying hard but doesn't seem successful in instilling quality conscientious in staff.

“Cash only” - more times than notWent again and my taco was just placed in the bag. Pretty amazing at this point

Bernardo took my order this evening. I ordered my usual but added on a nacho fries because I haven’t had them in a while. I heard laughing on the speaker and when I drove up to the window to grab my food I saw Bernardo laughing at me and he gestured for another associate to come and look. Bernardo and this associate looked at me and laughed. I was being body shamed at that time and felt very uncomfortable…so uncomfortable that when I got home I didn’t want to eat my food. This experience has caused me a lot of mental anguish and I am now depressed since I have struggled with my weight my whole life. I was just there after a long day to order some food since I hadn’t eaten all day. I was tired and here is this person making fun of me after I had to pay my money to this establishment that hired him. I left and tried to call several times but no one answered this restaurant is supposed to be open until 2am but no answer. I do not feel comfortable eating my food since I am unsure what may have been done to it. This is one of the most horrific experiences I have ever had in my life. I took the survey and asked for someone to call me. I have contacted an attorney and will be seeking damages from this exchange. I would like Bernardo fired along with whoever he called over to look into my face and laugh. If I do not receive a call or response from the General Manager or owner of this location I will be contacting the news channels.

Just left this place and had a duel order for myself and my coworker. My co-workers order was incomplete. The main item the chicken burrito is missing. No one is answering the phone so we can get a refund. I can't leave work again for lunch. This was our only opportunity to get food.
