Being that I am here practically every day says it all. Yes I am a little obsessed with taco casa as a whole but this location in particular is the shining star of them all. The GM is great, she always makes sure the place is clean along with properly training her staff in customer service. The staff goes out of their way to make sure the food is right the fist time and always good. Its also one of the few locations that offer a military discount in which I greatly appreciate....

This Taco Casa has the best customer service I’ve experienced in DFW. Dev was very courteous, explained the special of the day, and double checked our order before finalizing everything. Everyone else we encountered as well was very courteous and personable. Thank you so much for such great customer service!

Ashley and Eddie or Ed are the best. There is a flaw in the location and a free item . Ed helped me with a warm smile and free item, no fuss, and Ashley made my day on Mother's Day bc of the flaw on the mother's day coupon. The soft tacos and chiladas are my favorite! The ground meat is not so chunky. The crispy tacos are great if you eat them before they get soggy. The beans and bean burritos and super burritos are also great. And the nachos chips are a no👎👎👎.
