My husband loves spicy jokbal, but it is way too spicy for me.Pro- good pork jokbal chewy and yummy-side dishes are good-nice server. Kids friendlyCons -It's a bit pricy but due to inflation, it is understandable-galbijjim Togo don't recommend it not enough food.. dine in recommended- makgooksoo was not as good as I expected.

Food comes out quick and fresh. I had the bossom and it was a good size and tasty. The seafood pancake was also very good with a lot of seafood and crispy exterior.It got super busy very quick and they were receiving calls for parties of 10&12 and talked very loudly how other customers were already in their seats and such, which made me feel rushed to get out.Other than that, overall good service and tasty food.

I ordered 9 servings of pig's trotters to take out, but they only gave me 3 servings of rice. I asked if they could give me more rice to accommodate 9 servings, but they said no. Then the staff member asked me if I was going to do that, why take out, and told me to dine in. I've eaten a lot of pig's feet here, but I don't think I'll go back anymore.

The old lady is sooooooo rude every single time. We are regular and usually order large size of Jokbal once a week. Today we ordered large Jokbal as always and the food is soo bad they didnt torch the pork hair properly and the fat was a lot (it was about 2/3) and the meat was too dry. And we called the she answered and said ‘people even cant eat this jokbal because it is selling out so fast, just eat!! That good meat!’ and she just hung up during the phone instead of apologizing.We did said nicely but she didn’t listen just kept talking herself the same thing ‘just eat, just eat!’ and cut when we talkJust eat?? How could i eat the most of fat with hair and the dried meat??This is not the first time she hung up the phone. I rarely give bad reviews, but this was one of the most disappointing meals I've had in DFW. I'm not sure if it was an off night or if quality has declined (there are so many positive reviews!), but the jokbal and bossam combo came out cold and tasted as if it had been sitting out for a long time. The banchan was limited (only two dishes) and overly salty and underwhelming, and we weren't offered rice to go with it. There are myriad wonderful Korean restaurants in the area, and we were bummed by the quality of this one.

Come here if you want to get judged and discriminated by the old Korean lady server(perhaps the owner). She’ll be nice if you are Korean, but if you not Korean I don’t recommend coming here.It’s was our first time coming here and will be the last time. When we first walked in, a young girl seated us and served us and everything was going smoothly great, then this old Korean lady(maybe the owner) starting roaming around our table and checking everyone on the table from head to toe, and she started give us looks of judgments and keeping staying around at our table making all of us feeling very uncomfortable.Later, when we asked her for some Togo boxes she only give us two small boxes, we ordered $120 worth of food, and we ask for two more she said we have to pay an extra dollar for two more small Togo boxes. Not only that she ask us to put extra dollar on the tip on our bill in a very rude manner while watching us doing so.

The experience was awful!!!! The old lady was extremely rude and gave us a horrible attitude when we were dining in. She was so stingy and charged us additional dollars for togo boxes when we spent over hundred dollars worth of food and already tipped 20% out of kindness because the young girl who took our order was nice. The old lady even screamed at us for asking for more to go boxes because we didn’t want to waste any food. It really ruined my family dinner and we will never come back again. If you are reading this post, I highly recommend you not come to this restaurant. Otherwise, your dining experience will be ruined like ours.

She only gave us two boxes which didn’t pack all the leftovers. We had an entire plate left and didn’t want to waste food so we asked for two more boxes. The lady charged us for 50 cents for each box and even yelled at us that she already gave us two boxes for free. We spent over 100 dollars there and gave her 20 dollar tips basically for NO & RUDE service and then she yelled at us for asking for Togo boxes. We will never come back again! Please avoid this place, the food is not even that good!!! There are many other good restaurants in Carrollton. This business won’t last long with this kind of service and attitude.
