The jokbal and bossam were SO soft! The sides were all sour and complimented the meat well. We did feel rushed to finish though when the time was approaching 10:00pm (closing time)…
Got in later in the evening last night to Dallas and although I like the Westin DFW, there aren’t a lot of food options open after 9pm so my instincts (and Google Maps) led me to a concentration of Korean restaurants, where I settled on a bossam/jokpal shop…small, great service, specializing in a couple of dishes (peep the small menu) but doing them extremely well…couldn’t eaten three times as much bossam but the lady treated me like family and gave me a free extra pieces...
As someone who never liked pork, it’s actually insane to say that this place is my obsession!! Fast and friendly service and of course, delicious food. The bossam combo is 10/10 😋
