The best Asian bakery in Dallas with the best taro bread!!!!!! They have a lot of their menu items out on Sat & Sun, but will sell out of the taro bread rather quickly on any given day! This place is so addictive! 🤦🏽‍♀️🤤

Worse employee goes to the cashier of this place. She is just flat out rude and shouldn't be doing customer service. Also not in the back because the old lady makes the most delicious bread. Very unhelpful, I asked if we can take from the tray because there's none in display tray and she won't even answer me. If I could give 0 star I would

We got a slice of the Blueberry Cloud Cake and it was absolutely delicious. I have never tasted anything like it before. We also got their jalapeño cheddar croissant. That was delicious as well! We will be back for more pastries for sure!

Parking: Very hard to find parking over the weekend.

We went to place order for our daughter’s birthday. When we were about to speak with the employee, we heard them talking and not paying attention to the customers. Once they finally came, we agreed our conversation and concerns of what we needed. They said that they will make the same design as the photo we showed them. The next day we called to make sure the cake was ready, then they said that they would not be able to make the same flowers and the other cake designs as shown in the picture. We requested them why my daughter would be sad, and even we told them not to add the flowers and make the cake however they wanted to be, because it was our only chance to fulfill our daughter’s wish. But unfortunately the manager canceled our order and was very rude.

Ok so my daughter went to Hmart and on her way out, grabbed some goodies and one of them is the bread with cream in between. When she dropped it of to me, didn’t pay attention to it . It was in a bag. Just pulled it out like 5 minutes ago and couldn’t believe how small it was. It is literally HALF the size it used to be. I know I have a picture of the way it used to be, and when I find it, I’ll definitely post it. This is ridiculous. Pay more get less. I hope people stop buying from them. Then they’ll have to let people go, then eventually close down. Let’s see if they value their customers by making it the way they used to. They’re still open cause we continue to pay more money for less product. Well not no more for me and my family. Hope yall do the same .

Just bought the bear cake for birthday. I love how it looks but the cashier really gave bad experience. She is very rude , we were asking here very nicely if they have candles and she didn’t really answer us . And when I repeat again before im paying she is pointing and show the rudeness like she didn’t have to be that angry , we were buying products. Also its not about the language, its ok not speaking the same language but no need to be rude . I always bought cakes and bakery here long time and never been like this. God Im so disappointed. I went to reserve a birthday cake one week in advance to make sure we got the one we wanted. An older Korean lady proceeds to take my order for the cake, but then sternly tells me they make that cake everyday, no need to reserve, just buy it that day. Her attitude was lazy and came off rude like I was either asking for something absurd, it was too much trouble to write down the order, or a poor attempt to sell off unsold cakes on the day (based on my previous experiences with stale cakes and pastries). I opted to reserve the cake because for the past 4 times I've been to Hmart, the Black Sugar Buttercream cake was not on display and it isn't listed as an available menu item on their website. Mind you, there isn't a bakery out there that does not accept advance reservations, excluding ones selling limited or certain exclusive products on a first come first serve basis. Last I checked, Tous Les Jours is not one of those. I wanted to ensure I received a fresh cake on that particular date and not pick up a dry and stale one that's been sitting for a few days like the last Green Tea Cloud and a Holiday Snowman cakes (snowman cake was so stale and the cream slightly hardened that it made the price tag sting even more). I give 3 stars for food only because their cakes are pleasing to the eyes and, when fresh, do taste nice. Sadly, they need to realize that they aren't the only store or franchise that serves these exact pastries and cakes. Their service is a real problem and turning a blind eye towards quality makes it worse. A bad experience really sticks. I'm going to choose to go elsewhere for my cakes and pastries from now on because their offerings unfortunately and realistically aren't exactly unique from other Korean bakeries with almost identical flavors and products with much better service. I chose this location out of conveniece, but more than 3 bad experiences is enough to say I'm done.
