This place is genuinely the worst whataburger I've ever been to. They forgot parts of my order the first time, we drive all the way back to get it replaced and they give us our fries and they're old, cold, and one of them is not even halfway full. Genuinely don't come to this one. We also got sick after eating here which is not a surpise.

Missing key ingredients in my cob salad with chicken (no chicken was found). A huge piece of iceberg lettuce was in my partners burger (and i mean huge) ordered a large combo got a medium size fries and that wasnt even full. Honestly, after such a horrible day today this just made it worse. Now I have to go elsewhere to get some protein. Wasting peoples time.

This location has always been really good when I've been here. Sometimes getting someone to take your order inside takes a little bit but otherwise the employees are friendly. The fries are always hot and fresh.

Service is SLOWWWWWWW. I came here with only 2 cars in front of me but somehow it took me 30 mins from the time they took my order in the speaker box until I received the order.

Also, I had asked for extra ranch in the speaker box but the cashier did not charge me for it. When I asked, she told me “sorry I didn’t hear you say it, you have to pay 43 cents” like ARE YOU KIDDING ME. You made me wait 30 mins and you mess up and still wanna charge me for it? When I said I’ll just pay for it, she just gave me the ranch for *free* but slammed the window after, ABSOLUTELY NO APOLOGY AT ALL. And when I got home, she gave me WATER INSTEAD OF SWEET TEA. AGAIN, ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!

Whataburger, please investigate this. I want my money back!!!!!!!! This happened Thursday, July 31 @12:59am.

Autumn Friday

YOU WILL GET FOOD POISONING HERE!!!!
Three weeks ago my mom went here for lunch because it’s near her job. Within the next day or two she became sick for a week. Violently vomiting, diarrhea, fever, the works. She came back here again and now she is violently sick again. We will be calling corporate and reporting this, but in the meantime they will continue serving food and making more people sick. PLEASE AVOID EATING HERE UNTIL THEY FOLLOW PROPER FOOD SAFTEY STANDARDS!!!!

Good quick service, easy online ordering and curbside pickup. Recently got a deal to buy a cinnamon roll and get an ice coffee free. Ordered a Carmel ice coffee which didn't seem to have Carmel or maybe a strong flavor to it, but everything else ordered here has been good and as expected. Burgers, fries etc. cinnamon roll was good too. Would get again

7/3/25 false advertising- they had a sign up that the double meat jr meal is $5 however it is $9.09. When I inquired about the price I was told the amount I was charged was correct and given a receipt…

1.14.23 BOB on large bun is ridiculous. This goes on a small bun, it taste terrible. Also, I’m missing a few items with my order. Smh.. this place was getting better but now it’s regressing.

9/23/22 visited this location twice today. Both times my cashier was Daiquane B. My food was freaking amazing!!! The line moved quicker than expected and the food was hot! My order was correct! I’m amazed at the improvement!!! This is whataburger experience I initially fell in love with.

12/30/20 This whataburger has a habit of not including everything you request and pay for with your order. It’s quite annoying. Whataburger is too expensive for them to constantly leave items out of the order and inconvenience the customer by having to drive all the way back to get it corrected. I’m done with this whataburger. This has happened several times at this location. It’s one of the worst locations I’ve ever visited. No barcode on the receipt to scan my visit. Just terrible experience all around.

Rather than be nice and move the line, check your items before driving off.

Consistently serving cold, old, stale, re-fried French fries. Cut it out! Fries don’t take that long to cook. I’m tired of waiting on that slow line only to receive terrible fries. It’s super annoying.

8/24/21 I have given this whataburger chance after chance but today is the last straw. All of this food is old. It’s sickening and disgusting. The eggs are turning grey and the sausage is extremely hard and dried out around the edges as well the cheese looks like plastic. You can tell its been sitting, yet they served it anyway. Idk where they found this tortilla or what they did to it but it’s all crumbles and broken. This is ridiculous. Go to the other whataburger it’s near Frankford, better food and better service. This one sucks, continually!

Looks like somebody doesn't wanna night shift. I ordered triple meat whataburger meal and the burger had no cabbage and cheese. I wonder how the management in this location interview the employees.
