I love Whataburger. But, I had the worst experience at this location last night. Just after midnight, and since the drive-thru line was so long, I decided to go inside. We waited for about a minute at the counter and had 2 employees see us, but not acknowledge us. Then, finally, a manager comes over and says the dining room is closed. Then why were the doors unlocked? There was nothing on the doors saying that the dining room was closed. My friend said that all she wanted was sausage gravy and biscuits...he didn't say anything and walked off. Should have known then we would have been better off leaving. We waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes just to be told they're out of gravy. So, your manager couldn't tell us that earlier inside the store and what the heck. Y'all start serving breakfast at 11 pm..it wasn't even 12:30 am, and you're already out of gravy. We ordered but then decided to leave. The girl who took my order was terrible. She had a horrible attitude from the start. We had a MUCH better experience at another location. We were there and gone within 10 minutes, and they weren't out of gravy. I hope I never have to come back to this location.

The service was bad. The cashier couldn't answer any questions on any of the food. The manager had to get involved with the person before me and me just to get the order in. The fries were cold even though I had to wait forever for my food.

This Wataburger going through the drive through has always got cold burgers & fries plus there is hardly any lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions or Mayo, mustard on the burger. It is such a disappointment to pay fast food prices & not get what you are expecting!

Every time I come to this location (nearest to my home) I have issues. Today I placed an order and both orders came out with cold fries. Ask for fresh hot fries and they just reheated the fries they gave me the first time. The burger was just thrown together (super messy). I called and asked for a manager and was told the manager would call me back. Needless to say no call back. This location is by far the worst. Please save your money and go elsewhere.

Purchase some food here a couple weeks ago and I reached out to the manager due to the fact that a couple items were missing. I never heard back from the manager so it's obvious they do not care about customer service or complaints that are filed. I would have rather settled the issue directly, but it's been long enough that they should have reached out.
I love their burgers. Always fresh and hot. I wish you could ask for caramelized onions. Those are onions have a tendency to linger the next day.

Wow. A fast food spot that opens 24 hours a day?
Count me in.
I wanted to try a little bit of everything so I ordered 4 sandwiches.
Bathrooms were surprisingly clean, and the staff were all friendly.
Was very disappointed in the Classic Whataburger, not very flavorful or juicy at all.
The patty melt was much better and I definitely recommend this sandwich.
The spicy chicken was actually spicy, and the flavor was decent enough.
The biscuit sandwich was really good as well and I believe they came in two different flavors.
It's nice to know that there's always something available at all hours of the day in Texas.
