It was a cold evening and I wanted something warm. Because I had never been here before, I asked for recommendations, and they recommended either seafood, chicken, or beef soup. I ordered seafood soup and it was amazing. It was the best seafood tofu soup that I have ever eaten. I will recommend this place to anyone.

One of the best restaurants I've ever been to. I went there last night with my partner I ordered the kimchi stew (김치찌개) and my partner got the dumpling rice cake soup (떡만두국) both tasted amazing and they gave us a lot of side dishes. They give out chopsticks but you can ask for a fork if needed. They also asked if I'm okay with eating pork and were very attentive. They also do to go if you cannot finish all your food. They also speak both Korean and English. The place seemed wheelchair accessible and kid friendly. Also they cleaned the tables up so quickly and nicely and asked us if we wanted chocolate or a lollipop before we left. I also complimented our waitress on her makeup and she complimented my eyelashes and the glitter on them which surprised me because it showed how much they truly pay attention to their customers. Also the pricing wasn't bad at all in total it was about $38 for two people but the portions was huge so it was totally worth it

So the beef noodle soup was MASSIVE AND DELICIOUS! The green beans were still crunchy and yummy. We got the egg dipped beef and the sauce it came with and the green onion salad was next level. ALSO POTATO BANCHAN!!!! The staff came over and even offered to refill our sides which honestly isn't a common thing but was genuinely appreciated! All of the staff were kind. The only small negative I have is that it's a cold day today and the shape of the restaurant made it drafty when someone comes in. But the food was definitely

The service is excellent! Felt super warm. They tried to cheer my toddler up whenever they passed by. The service is fast and the food is tasty as always. Tried the beef fried rice and seafood pancakes that I ordered every time I visit. Loved both.

Food was so amazing and servers were the kindest people ever. We really enjoyed our experience here and will certainly be back again! Special shoutout to the spicy no soup noodles — amazing noodle texture and generous portions. The seafood pancake was exceptional and crisped to perfection (not as great as my mom’s though lol). Monkfish soup was huge and nourishing. Everything was amazing, but especially the service. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing food and service. We walked in and were immediately greeted with a smile. I love the ambiance, the music they play is awesome. The Food was so delicious! We got the sweet potato and cheese pancake, Bulgolgi, LA galbi, and shrimp fried rice. Everything was so freaking good and well seasoned. The ribs were definitely the best I’ve ever had, they came out freshly cooked up and sizzling. We will absolutely be visiting again very soon :)***Update: A year later and still going here and it’s so consistently amazing. Tonight I had an awful experience with a different restaurant we had tried for the first time. The service was so bad we had to walk out of the restaurant without eating. So we came to Zzizim and were greeted with happiness and warm smiles. Food is so good and service is 5 star. They really made my night so much better and I’m so happy we have made Zzizim a frequent dinner spot. We always get the same thing, Galbi ribs, marinated pork, shrimp fried rice and sweet potato and cheese pancake. We will continue to support this business and I wish the owners and staff all the best. Thank you so much!!!
