We usually love coming here, but there was an error with our order ordering it at the kiosk, and when we got our drinks, we kindly notified the employee that our order was incorrect. She gave us attitude but went ahead and remade our drink. We always get the same drink and this time it didnt taste as good. Both service and quality here has gone down. All the lights in the store are also off, leaving just the natural light to light the store. Not sure whats going on with that too…
This place is so good! I tried the crème brûlée dirty boba, and it was great. It came with cheese foam, which I was not expecting and have always been slightly terrified of. However, it was a great compliment to the drink! It tasted just like cheesecake. The boba in the drink were both chewy and flavorful, which I have rarely found in my boba tastings. I would recommend getting the normal levels of sugar and ice in this drink because it had the perfect amount of sweetness....
