Pastries to die for. Literally better than any bakery anywhere I've ever found inside the SATX city limits and well worth the extra drive to Catstroville. I've tried muffins, cookies, custard croissants, cheesecake croissants, chocolate croissants, monkey bread, cinnamon rolls. Everything was melt in your mouth amazing. I do wish they'd put the food behind a glass barrier or keep in the back with just one display item out for sanitary purposes, but that's just me being nitpicky...read full review
It was my first time going here and the customer service was very nice, they helped me make my decision. The pastries were very good as well. So much better than Haby’s bakery.

Baked by Chef Grecia Ramos is a cute but tiny place with no indoor seating, but a large backyard with plenty of slides for the little ones. The atmosphere is beautiful, and the service is great. The baked goods, including the sausage kolache, pistachio croissant, Blondie Brownie, blueberry muffin, and peach muffin, are amazing and delish. The sweet baked goods looked amazing, and a personal size pizza was great. One customer highly recommends the loaf of bread for garlic bread due to its extra buttery taste. The custard filled pastry was very crispy but soft and delicious. Everything is so good, and whatever is chosen, you can’t go wrong.
