It was my second time going to the Castroville Cafe. This time around, they had a sign on the door that said they were short staffed and had a limited menu. When we were seated, we found out they were not serving any hot sandwiches. Servers were very polite, but it did take a little while to get our food and drink refills. I love this place. We took a morning drive from San Antonio to Castroville and stopped by. Beautiful little coffee shop with a small-town feel. We ate outside on a beautiful morning. The food was delicious and the staff was very helpful. Totally recommend the St. Louis Club sandwich. It's phenomenal.
