Ordered a 20pc tender meal with the 2 sides mind you I was the only customer when order on drive-thru and I as missing half the order ! called and spoke with James he said he could only replace 6 tenders. I’ll be taking my service to another location and travel to the Potranco location.

Thankfully, Kaida, who was working the lobby area found it and immediately turned it in to the area manager, Azurz, who locked it up for safe keeping. When I came back, everything was still there untouched. That kind of honesty is rare these days, and I’m beyond grateful.

I would not recommend going late! We went late and are missing the roll and tenders!! I orders four piece and they gave me 3 and covered the rest of the tray with fries so I wouldn’t see I was missing a tender. the tenders are small. if you would have let me know your missing a piece I wouldn’t have complained but the roll and a tender that kinda sucks. Especially when I haven’t been able to eat all day and was looking forward to all my food.

First time to a Golden Chick. Party of 2 on a weekday at 1215. Chicken was very nice and sides were also satisfying. Place was very crowded with only one table available. Getting the order done was quick, but from time of order to it being ready was almost 20mins. Even taking into account it was noon, it took much longer than any other comparable place. Floors could use a little more attention to being kept clean. With that being said, we will certainly try another Golden Chick since the food was good.
